Responsibilities
- Manage front desk duties, greeting visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth
- Operate multi\-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain precise records and correspondence
- Support office management tasks including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
- Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace for various administrative functions
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when needed
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and supporting client needs
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access to important documents
- Support personal assistant duties such as travel arrangements or special project coordination as required
- Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, data entry, and basic bookkeeping tools like QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast\-paced environment
- Strong typing skills coupled with meticulous proofreading abilities for professional correspondence
- Bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs
- Experience working at a front desk or as a medical or dental receptionist is advantageous
- Exceptional customer service skills with polished phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Ability to manage multi\-line phone systems efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Personal assistant experience or medical receptionist background is a plus but not required
