The Intern will play a key role in assisting in developing impactful materials and contributing to various development programs.Key Responsibilities include: Presentation Development: Assist with creating engaging and professional PowerPoint presentations, Leadership Development Support: Conduct research to identify relevant resources, best practices, and innovative approaches for leadership development. Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and organization of leadership development events and programs. Content Curation: Gather, organize, and synthesize information from various sources to support the development of training content and resources. Provide general administrative support to the leadership development team

Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Be 18 years of age or older• Be actively enrolled in a New York State college, university, or graduate program, or be a resident of New York State, attending a college, university or graduate program outside of New York State\*• Have completed a minimum of one (1\) year as a student at a degree\-granting two or four\-year college or university (completion of one year's worth of academic credits over a longer period may qualify part\-time students for participation in the program), or be a currently enrolled graduate student or accepted in a graduate degree program• Have a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2\.0, or the letter grade equivalentPreferred Skill sets: Experience in creating PowerPoint presentations and materials.• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information effectively.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.• A proactive and self\-starting attitude with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.• A high degree of creativity and attention to detail.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).• A motivated and results\-oriented mindset.Degree Concentrations Requested: Business AdministrationCommunications StudiesCounselingEducation StudiesLiberal ArtsSocial WorkVisual/Performing ArtsManagement
