Real estate development and investment company in Irvine, CA is looking for a full time Administrative Assistant. You must be able to perform administrative duties in a small but fast\-paced, multi\-tasking environment and be able to prioritize effectively. We are looking for someone who is detail\-oriented, professional and personable.
Essential Duties \& Responsibilities:
- Answer phones at reception desk
- Perform a variety of clerical duties including, but not limited to: data entry, filing, typing and copying, sorting incoming mail, and deliveries; assist with outgoing mail
- Receive and sign for packages
- Maintain office equipment and order all supplies
- Assist all staff with other job duties or special projects as needed or assigned
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Self\-directed, with a high level of motivation and enthusiasm
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi\-task
- Must be extremely organized
- Team player who possesses strong problem\-solving abilities
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Hourly Rate – DOE
