Real estate development and investment company in Irvine, CA is looking for a full time Administrative Assistant. You must be able to perform administrative duties in a small but fast\-paced, multi\-tasking environment and be able to prioritize effectively. We are looking for someone who is detail\-oriented, professional and personable.

Essential Duties \& Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones at reception desk
  • Perform a variety of clerical duties including, but not limited to: data entry, filing, typing and copying, sorting incoming mail, and deliveries; assist with outgoing mail
  • Receive and sign for packages
  • Maintain office equipment and order all supplies
  • Assist all staff with other job duties or special projects as needed or assigned
  • Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Self\-directed, with a high level of motivation and enthusiasm
  • Detail oriented with the ability to multi\-task
  • Must be extremely organized
  • Team player who possesses strong problem\-solving abilities
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Job Benefits:

  • Hourly Rate – DOE
  • Health/Dental/Vision coverage available for individual after 30 days. Dependents can be covered at employee’s expense
