What You’ll Do

In this dynamic role, no two days are the same. You’ll:

  • Serve as a key administrative partner to the Code Enforcement Division
  • Coordinate open records requests and maintain accurate documentation
  • Manage case entries, updates, and records in multiple systems
  • Act as a first point of contact for residents—answering questions and resolving concerns
  • Route calls and requests to appropriate teams for timely action
  • Support court operations, including attending environmental court hearings
  • Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and training
  • Track certifications, training records, and staff development activities
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence
  • Manage purchasing, inventory, and budget tracking for the division
  • Support special projects like Multi\-family Rental Housing (MRH) inspections and training coordination
  • What You Bring

    We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment and enjoys solving problems. You’ll be successful in this role if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree preferred)
  • Bring at least 2 years of administrative experience
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with data entry systems
  • Can juggle multiple priorities while staying organized and detail\-focused
  • Communicate clearly and professionally—both in writing and in person
  • Are proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
  • Hold a valid Georgia driver’s license
