The company motto has always been to "Treat others as you would have them treat you" and we are in search of a full\-time Document Control Clerk at our location in Masury, Ohio.

General Description: The Document Control Clerk is responsible for quality document distribution, record upkeep, and other duties as assigned by the Corporate Quality \& Service Engineer.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • General Document Control
  • Data entry
  • Run, compile, and distribute various reports
  • Enter chemical properties to steel software
  • Scan and upload documentation to the company network
  • Update, organize, and file digital records
  • Pull documentation for other employees as requested
  • Keep accurate records
  • Request documentation from vendors
  • Support other team members
  • Shipping Record Control
  • Upload and organize final shipment certification according to BOL and job number
  • Other duties as needed
  • Required Knowledge and Skill Sets:

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, phone manners, and the ability to work with others
  • Basic reading and mathematical skills
  • Good organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word \& Outlook
  • Education/Experience:

    High School Diploma or Equivalent

    Associate degree or equivalent preferred

    Pay: $18\.00 \- $19\.00 per hour
