We are a locally owned and operated nonprofit agency established in 2014\. We are a rapidly growing agency looking for a high quality Billing Specialist to join our team. While our primary services are home based for children with Autism, we provide a wide variety of services for a wide range of individuals. Our Billing Specialist will help with insurance billing for applied behavior analysis and occupational therapy services as well as other administrative duties.

Job Duties
·Complete insurance/private pay billing
·Create invoices
· Assist with accounts receivable
· Update databases and spreadsheets
· Review documentation for accuracy according to industry standard guidelines
· Assist with scheduling and meeting coordination.
· Attend internal meetings weekly
· Work with Executive Leadership Team
· Work under the supervision of the Fiscal Manager
·Assist with administrative duties including data entry, report writing, supply ordering, etc.
Other duties may be assigned.

Pay: $20\.00 \- $25\.00 per hour
