Indiana Shockwaves is more than a softball organization — we help athletes become competitors, teammates, and confident leaders. Our teams train hard, support each other, and chase goals on and off the field. Parents, players, and coaches stay connected through detailed season planning, events, camps, showcases, and development programs rooted in teamwork and growth.
We’re building a remote support team that represents our values: integrity, communication, and service with heart.
The Role (What You’ll Do)
You’ll be the human behind the message — the voice and support system for families, coaches, and community partners.
Your daily impact will include:
- Responding to inquiries from players’ families, coaches, and prospects through email, phone, and text
- Helping with registrations, schedule questions, account updates, and system navigation
- Tracking communications and documenting key follow\-ups in internal tools
- Being a friendly first point of contact for community members
- Coordinating with directors and coaches to ensure smooth operations
- Spotting patterns in questions and pitching improvements that streamline support
- You’re not switching tickets — you’re strengthening relationships that help players stay confident and informed.
