Position Overview

Brighter Day Services is seeking a Sales\-Focused Administrative Specialist to support business growth by converting warm inbound leads and conducting limited outbound outreach, while also managing core administrative workflows.

This role is ideal for a professional who is confident on the phone, organized, and comfortable closing service bookings in a fast\-paced, service\-based environment. While sales performance is a primary focus, this position operates fully within Brighter Day Services’ administrative systems, standards, and procedures.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with commission\-based compensation. There is no base salary and no guaranteed hours.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales \& Lead Conversion (Primary Focus)

  • Respond to and convert
  • warm inbound leads (calls, web inquiries, follow\-ups)

  • Conduct
  • limited outbound outreach (follow\-ups, reactivation, assigned cold leads)

  • Educate customers on residential and commercial service offerings
  • Close bookings in real time using company systems
  • Handle objections professionally and confidently
  • Accurately track lead activity, notes, and outcomes
  • Meet or exceed booking and revenue performance expectations
  • Administrative \& Operational Support

  • Schedule and manage service appointments
  • Coordinate with cleaning contractors and internal teams
  • Handle reschedules, cancellations, and job updates
  • Support issue resolution and escalations when needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation in all systems
  • Follow all SOPs related to booking, communication, and payroll accuracy
  • Work Schedule \& Availability

    * Office availability window:

    Our office hours are 8:30am \- 4:30pm. We have preset blocks and you are allowed to select as many blocks as you chose to work per day and per week. The more blocks you cover the more leads you generate the more income you make as being Commision based we are 100% uncapped.

  • Additional work opportunities may be available outside this window on an optional basis, depending on operational needs.

    This position is Remote during the initial onboarding and performance evaluation period.

    * Hybrid (in\-person \+ remote) Future transition

    * Fully remote, Current model at this time.

    Remote eligibility is earned through demonstrated results, accountability, and consistent execution.

    Compensation Structure

    * Commission\-based compensation W/ Bonuses

  • No hourly pay, base salary, or guaranteed income

    Performance is measured by:

  • Lead response time
  • Booking conversion rate
  • Revenue generated
  • Accuracy of scheduling and documentation
  • Communication quality
  • Professional conduct
  • Adherence to SOPs
  • High performers may receive:

  • Required Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Sales, call center, or service booking experience preferred
  • Comfortable closing warm leads and handling objections
  • Organized, detail\-oriented, and process\-driven
  • Reliable internet access and professional work environment
  • Ability to follow structured systems and procedures
  • Professional demeanor at all times
  • Independent Contractor Classification

    This role is classified as a 1099 independent contractor position. Contractors:

  • Control their work availability
