We are looking for a candidate to apply in our corporate office with various responsibilities. The ability to learn different duties and work with team members are critical. We work together as a strong team and seek like\-minded individuals to adopt our philosophy of growth and development. An individual who is well organized and can work well under pressure. A positive approach to problem solving and who can easily communicate with Management, Residents, and Attorney’s.

  • Essential Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Ability to assist in a variety of office duties
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Excel
  • Help with the process of selling homes
  • Help reconcile bank accounts
  • Provide support to corporate team members and Resident Mangers through excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work in teams.
  • Applicants should have the patience and determination to solve issues.
  • Applicants should be self motivated and able to direct themselves as needed.
  • · Critical thinking skills are important.
  • Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Highly organized with an attention to detail
  • Positive attitude with good interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and comfortable using Office 365, Google Suite, and Apple
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Pass observed pre\-employment drug screen and background check
  • Compensation

  • Full\-time position—paid on a semi\-monthly basis
  • $50 monthly cell phone reimbursement
  • Sick and Vacation paid time off
  • Kitchen stocked weekly with snacks
  • 24/7 access to private onsite gym with shower and steam room
