We’re currently seeking reliable, and conscientious individuals for a Inside Sales position in our Truck Equipment division
This is a full\-time, 1st shift position.
Job responsibilities include:
This person will work to ensure all deals are organized and handled correctly.
The ideal candidate will have excellent multi\-tasking and organizational skills and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Strives to provide exceptional customer experience
- Creates quotas in a timely manner on a consistent basis
- Assists in the generation and development new business
- Manage the full sales cycle for products and services
- Uncovers client’s decision\-making process, while maintaining skillful tactics to get through gatekeepers with reliable follow through
- Prepares and reports data effectively
- Maintains advanced understanding of all product offerings and effectively communicates the benefits of these products to customers as needed
- Ability to provide accurate quotes with the ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commission, and percentages
- Experience in automotive or a related industry is preferred but not required
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and other applicable sales tools is preferred but not required
- Ability to manage multiple and consistently evolving priorities
- Ability to learn additional systems as needed
- Ability to research, analyze data, and derive facts
- Ability to work in a team environment when applicable
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Developed negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Developed relationship\-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to present information effectively to different audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) is a must

Requirements
