As a trusted and growing logistics partner with successful branches in Lake City, WA, and Aurora, CO, we are looking for a highly reliable and proactive individual to independently operate our Bothell branch.
The Role: This is not your standard corporate desk job. We are looking for someone who thrives in an autonomous environment. You will be the sole operator at this branch, meaning this store is "yours" to manage day\-to\-day. This position is perfect for someone who prefers working without constant direct supervision while maintaining clear, remote communication with our management team. We are looking for a dedicated, long\-term fit, not a temporary stepping stone.
Key Responsibilities:
* Independent Operation: Punctually open and close the branch every day.
* Customer Service: Greet customers, receive packages, and provide guidance on domestic and international shipping options.
* Shipping \& Processing: Accurately create and process DHL shipping labels.
* Reporting: Track daily sales and send end\-of\-day performance reports to the management team.
* Team Communication: Maintain ongoing remote communication with the broader ShippingWa team to ensure company standards and goals are met.
Requirements:
* Bilingual (English/Spanish): Must be fully fluent in both languages to assist our diverse customer base.
* Experience: 1 to 2 years of previous customer service or retail experience.
* Extreme Reliability: Because you will be working solo, punctuality, trustworthiness, and a strong sense of responsibility are the absolute most critical requirements for this role.
* Tech\-Savvy: Comfortable using computers, learning shipping software, and handling basic data entry.
* Stability: We are looking for someone who wants to settle in and grow with us long\-term.
* Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
