At RYTESH Pharmacy the Administrative and Billing Assistant Intern plays a crucial role in supporting both the administrative functions and billing processes within our small business.

This position offers hands\-on experience in office management and financial operations, providing a comprehensive understanding of business workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • ◦ Assist with day\-to\-day office operations, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.

    ◦ Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, ensuring efficient time management.

    ◦ Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.

    ◦ Support human resources with recruiting and on boarding activities.

    ◦ Maintain and update filing systems, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.

    ◦ Handle general office inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and staff.

  • Billing Support:
  • ◦ Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

    ◦ Manage billing records and update databases to reflect payments and outstanding balances.

    ◦ Collaborate with the finance team to resolve billing discrepancies and address client inquiries.

    ◦ Prepare financial reports related to billing activities for review by senior staff.

    Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities while remaining professional and calm.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy, especially in financial documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
  • Understanding of confidentiality principles due to the sensitivity of financial information.
