Position available: Operations and Sales Support Associate
Workplace Overview: Pacific Window and Door Store is a Construction Material Supply Company working with General Contractors, Designers and Architects both locally and throughout the region. We hold many fine Window, Door and Cabinet Dealerships such as Andersen Window Corporation, Milgard Manufacturing and Kemper fine Cabinetry. We are also a full service provider for Andersen Window and Door products.
Job description
We are seeking an Administrative Sales Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain office supplies and literature
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls and distribute messages
- Maintain organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
- Data Entry using PWDS accounting tool, accuracy a must
- Inside sales assistance and project quoting
- Assist customers with order pick up
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Maintain product knowledge via online training
- Previous experience in office administration, inside retail sales or other related fields. Construction experience a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be able to lift 50 LBS.
