PART\-TIME REAL ESTATE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Location: Easton, PA

Starting Pay: $15 per hour

Hours: 10 hours per week to start (with potential to increase)

Description

Local real estate professional is seeking a reliable and detail\-oriented part\-time assistant to help support a growing real estate business. This role will start with approximately 10 hours per week at $15 per hour, with opportunities to increase both hours and pay based on performance, training progress, and results.

The goal is to grow this role over time by adding responsibilities as skills develop. I am looking for someone interested in a long\-term opportunity who may eventually transition into a larger role or potentially a full\-time position as the business continues to expand.

Initial Responsibilities

The role will begin primarily with SMS outreach to potential clients. All equipment, phone service, contact lists, scripts, and methods will be provided. The assistant will be responsible for sending messages, documenting responses, and organizing conversations.

This process will be trained step by step so the assistant understands the system and communication style used.

Growth of the Role

As the assistant becomes comfortable with the systems and demonstrates reliability, additional responsibilities and hours will be added. The position is designed to grow over time with training.

Additional tasks may include:

  • Organizing and updating spreadsheets and lead tracking systems
  • Assisting with real estate listing preparation and marketing materials
  • Data entry and document organization
  • Managing and organizing client communications
  • Assisting with social media posts or online marketing
  • Research and administrative support
  • Compensation Growth and Bonuses

    This role includes opportunities for increases in pay and hours based on performance and training achievements.

    There are also performance bonuses available for closed real estate sales that originate from outreach efforts.

    Schedule

    To begin, the role will have scheduled working hours so training and processes can be structured effectively. As the assistant becomes more familiar with the workflow, there may be increased flexibility depending on responsibilities.
