We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk duties, greeting clients and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette.
  • Operate multi\-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to important documents.
  • Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist with customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and providing support via phone or email.
  • Handle clerical responsibilities including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting administrative projects.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite tools for document creation, editing, and collaboration.
  • Skills

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent computer literacy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software tools.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks.
  • Experience handling multi\-line phone systems and demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse clients or staff.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional attitude.
  • Ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment.
