Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Dispatch \& Logistics Architecture
* Development of "Summit Logic" Profiles: Design and maintain proprietary "Summit Logic" blueprints for each dedicated carrier. This includes analyzing lane density, equipment\-specific constraints, and driver\-performance data to create a custom "Success Profile" for every partner.
* Strategic Route Optimization \& Synchronization: Utilize GIS tools and real\-time data to go beyond "Point A to Point B" routing. You will synchronize multi\-leg journeys that maximize Revenue Per Mile (RPM) while strictly minimizing deadhead and idle time.
* Command Center Oversight: Maintain a constant "birds\-eye" view of fleet operations through our digital command center. You will be responsible for real\-time monitoring of all active loads, ensuring "The Summit Promise" of total transparency is met at every checkpoint.
* Predictive Problem Solving: Identify potential disruptions—weather, traffic, or port congestion—before they impact the carrier. You will proactively "pivot" the Summit Logic to ensure excellence in delivery despite external variables.
* Carrier Success Engineering: Conduct weekly performance "Syncs" with carriers. You will provide them with detailed data briefs on fuel\-stop optimization, market\-trend forecasts, and lane profitability to help them scale their own operations.
* High\-Stakes Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison between elite shippers and dedicated carriers. You will uphold our mission—Driven by Faith. Defined by Excellence.—ensuring every interaction is handled with the highest level of professional integrity.
* Data Entry \& Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all digital manifests, HOS (Hours of Service) monitoring, and rate confirmations are executed with 100% accuracy within the Summit Sync dashboard environment.
Experience \& Qualities: The "Summit Growth" Profile
* The "Want to Learn" Desire: A demonstrated history of being a "quick study." Whether in a previous career, education, or personal projects, you have a proven track record of mastering new, complex systems from scratch.
* Technological Intuition: While direct GIS or Dispatch experience is not required, you must be "tech\-forward." You should feel comfortable navigating multi\-screen environments and learning new software dashboards (like our proprietary Summit Sync system) with ease.
* High\-Stakes Problem Solving: Experience in fast\-paced environments where "thinking on your feet" was required (e.g., high\-end hospitality, emergency services, military, or complex project management).
