Elite Audio Visual Elements supports complex audio\-visual productions, tours, and live events for clients across multiple regions, both domestically and internationally. With multiple tours and events running concurrently, we are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the Director of Operations and President during an active production season.
This role is best suited for someone who is detail\-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a professional, deadline\-driven environment.
*Schedule \& Compensation*
- Monday–Friday \| 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 30 min unpaid break
- $15–$18 per hour, based on experience
- Part\-time with strong potential for full\-time
- Immediate availability required
- Open and maintain the office during scheduled hours
- Manage emails, phone calls, and general office correspondence
- Schedule meetings and maintain executive calendars
- Assist with invoicing, data entry, filing, and documentation
- Support with travel coordination
- Assist with event preparation, logistics tracking, and internal reporting
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
- Handle confidential and time\-sensitive information with discretion
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and follow through
- Dependable, punctual, professional, and detail\-oriented
- Experience in audio\-visual production, live events, touring, or hospitality
- Familiarity with invoicing software
- Experience supporting executives or senior leadership
