This position supports daily marketing operations, manages administrative tasks, and assists with promotional campaigns. Key responsibilities include coordinating marketing materials, managing social media, database entry, invoicing, and event support. Marketing Support: Develops social media content, conducts keyword research, supports email campaigns, and coordinates with vendors for promotional materials.
Administrative Support: Handles data entry, scheduling, filing, and general office duties, such as processing invoices.
Digital Content: Updates websites, manages social media platforms (e.g., Facebook Advertising), and uses tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems.
Event Coordination: Assists in planning and executing marketing events or property events, providing support with on\-site logistics.
Qualifications:
Software Proficiency: Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel) and potentially social media tools, Canva, or CRM software.
Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with social media marketing, SEO, and content creation.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for creating content and interacting with clients.
Education \& Experience: Often requires 1–3 years of administrative or marketing experience
Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 lbs), stand for long periods, and kneel.
