Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Receptionist and Technician to join our team! This energetic role combines front desk responsibilities with technical support duties, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech\-savvy, bilingual (if applicable), and eager to provide exceptional support both administratively and technically. Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, managing front desk operations with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Answer multi\-line phone systems promptly, providing accurate information and directing calls efficiently
  • Manage appointment scheduling, calendar coordination, and maintain organized filing systems
  • Perform data entry, proofread documents, and handle correspondence using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Support office management tasks such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies
  • Assist with basic technical support tasks, including troubleshooting equipment issues and maintaining office technology
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and administrative documentation
  • Provide customer support with excellent phone etiquette and personalized assistance in person or over the phone
  • Qualifications

  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Knowledge of multi\-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette
  • Previous experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is advantageous but not required
  • Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience(but not required) is a plus for handling calendar management and client interactions
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
