Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team. This is an in\-house position and not a remote job. This role is essential for supporting the Store Manager and Customer Service Manager in their daily operations across two locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and managerial support
- Manage day\-to\-day communications, including answering phones
- Serve as the primary contact for vendors and warranty companies
- Accurately maintain and manage the books for both business locations using Quickbooks.

Compensation and Schedule:
* Pay Rate: $22 to $27 per hour, commensurate with experience.

* Schedule Flexibility: This position can be structured as either a Full\-Time role (40 hours per week) or a Part\-Time role (25\-30 hours per week) to accommodate the individual's availability.
