Position Overview
We are seeking a driven, coachable, and customer\-focused Entry\-Level Sales \& Customer Success Representative to support both new customer acquisition and ongoing client success.
This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who wants hands\-on experience in SaaS sales, customer engagement, and revenue operations. You will work directly with leadership, gain exposure to enterprise sales strategy, and play a meaningful role in customer growth and retention.
This is a hybrid role combining outbound sales activity with proactive customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Sales (New Business Support)
- Conduct outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, calls)
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls
- Research target accounts and personalize outreach
- Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline updates
- Support proposal preparation and follow\-up communication
- Track outreach metrics and performance
- Onboard new customers and ensure smooth implementation
- Conduct check\-in calls to support adoption and engagement
- Monitor customer progress and satisfaction
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
- Address basic customer questions and escalate when necessary
- Collect testimonials, feedback, and success stories
- Update CRM records and customer data
- Track KPIs (pipeline activity, retention metrics, engagement)
- Support reporting and customer insights
- Assist with renewal tracking
- 0–2 years of experience (internships, campus leadership, retail, or customer\-facing roles count)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- High level of organization and follow\-through
- Comfortable speaking with customers and prospects
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Basic proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Interest in SaaS, sales, or entrepreneurship
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience in customer service or sales
- Familiarity with LinkedIn for professional outreach
