Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail\-oriented Part\-Time Office Staff member to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and manage front desk duties with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer multi\-line phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls efficiently
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
  • Manage filing systems, including document organization and retrieval
  • Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and proofing documents
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients and answering inquiries via phone or in person
  • Handle clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a welcoming environment
  • Assist with administrative projects as needed to support team operations
  • Experience

  • Prior office experience or administrative support roles preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Google Workspace tools
  • Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proven customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients effectively
  • Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles or personal assistant positions is advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with good time management skills
