We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (Spanish/English) Patient Relations, Receptionist/Sales Office Assistant to join our healthcare team. This vital role combines front desk patient engagement, administrative support, and sales assistance to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for our patients. You will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service, managing appointment scheduling, and supporting clinical operations with accuracy and professionalism. Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly in both Spanish and English, creating a friendly and professional atmosphere at the front desk
- Schedule appointments accurately
- Manage patient check\-in/check\-out procedures, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with HIPAA regulations
- POS, processing payments,
- Handle in\-clinic phone systems professionally, providing clear communication and effective appointment coordination
- Maintain medical records, files, and documentation to support clinic staff
- Support clinic operations by managing office supplies, filing systems (digital and paper), and performing clerical tasks such as data entry and typing with high accuracy
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is essential for effective communication with diverse patient populations
- Prior experience in a medical office setting or healthcare environment is highly preferred, especially in clinics or dental offices
- Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly under HIPAA guidelines
- Proficient computer skills including Apple/Mac and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for documentation and scheduling tasks
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
