Primary Job Duties Customer service / Assist citizens with Court and County Government procedures Process civil/criminal data entry whether submitted by mail, in person, e\-mail, fax, or E\-file from case initiation to disposition (case processing) Performs detailed legal procedures associated with the receipt, review, processing and maintenance of court documents and case files Handling cash and card payments associated with filings Utilizes legal reference materials to perform research related to current laws and procedures Assist Judge during hearings with documents and case files Issue court appearances/hearing notices to parties. Prepare dockets ,judgments and orders from Court from start to finish Prepares varied legal documents including citations, writs, motions, subpoenas, orders, judgments and abstract of judgments.
