We are seeking a detail\-oriented and organized Virtual File Clerk to join our team and help maintain our digital filing systems. This role is essential for ensuring that all company records are accurately stored, easy to access, and securely managed. Responsibilities Manage electronic filing systems, ensuring all documents are properly categorized and stored. Retrieve files and documents promptly upon request from various departments. Verify the accuracy and completeness of digital records before filing. Perform regular audits of virtual files to ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards. Assist in scanning, indexing, and uploading physical documents into digital formats. Collaborate with team members to streamline document management processes. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times. Report any discrepancies or issues related to file management to the supervisor. Qualifications \& Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or records management is a plus. Proven experience in file management, data entry, or administrative support, preferably in a virtual setting. Familiarity with digital filing systems, cloud storage platforms, and document management software. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup for remote work.
