Responsibilities Manage and organize electronic files, records, and documents with accuracy. Perform data entry tasks, ensuring information is up\-to\-date and error\-free. Coordinate and respond to internal and external communications professionally and promptly. Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination as needed. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in administration are a plus. Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a remote environment. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with cloud\-based tools. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
