This role plays a crucial part in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes that support our business operations and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Review and verify billing data for accuracy and completeness. Enter and update billing information in the company’s database and billing systems. Coordinate with sales, customer service, and finance teams to clarify and resolve billing issues. Generate billing reports and summaries for management review. Monitor billing cycles and deadlines to ensure timely invoicing. Assist in auditing billing records and correcting discrepancies as needed. Maintain organized records of billing transactions and communications. Continuously identify opportunities to improve billing processes and data accuracy. Qualifications \& Skills High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred. Proven experience in billing, data entry, or related administrative roles. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and billing software or ERP systems. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to analyze and resolve data discrepancies efficiently. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Self\-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Familiarity with financial regulations and billing compliance is a plus.
