Duties: Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising SLP Provide engaging, play\-based therapy sessions for pediatric clients Deliver services in\-clinic (Santa Ana \& Irvine locations) Accurately document session notes and progress in EMR (SimplePractice) Track data and assist with progress reporting Collaborate with supervising SLP regarding client progress and adjustments Provide parent education and home program guidance as directed Maintain therapy materials and organized treatment spaces Support a positive, calm, child\-friendly clinic environment Skills: Experience working with children (early intervention preferred) Active California SLPA license (required) Strong background in speech therapy techniques Experience in treating speech and language disorders for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD), and more Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Vietnamese) strongly preferred This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and make a meaningful impact on their lives.
