Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and organized Full\-Time Desk Clerk to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, manage front desk operations, and ensure smooth office functionality. Duties Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression Operate multi\-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently, providing exceptional customer support Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Outlook Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using computer literacy skills and QuickBooks when applicable Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and organizing files Support office management activities including supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping tasks Maintain professional phone etiquette and organizational skills to support seamless office operations Experience Previous office or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications Experience with multi\-line phone systems and customer service roles that require excellent communication skills Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to assist diverse client needs effectively Familiarity with administrative tools such as calendar management software, data entry systems, and bookkeeping applications like QuickBooks Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities in a fast\-paced environment Personal assistant or office management experience is a plus, showcasing your capability to support busy teams with professionalism Join us in a role where your organizational talents and energetic attitude will make a meaningful impact!
