Job Summary: We are on the lookout for a highly organized and detail\-focused Remote Virtual Coordinator Assistant to facilitate our daily business operations. The suitable candidate will oversee schedule management, coordinate meetings, engage with clients and team members, keep records, and help with administrative responsibilities, all while working independently in a remote context. Key Responsibilities: Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules. Coordinate virtual meetings and prepare meeting agendas. Respond to emails, phone calls, and online inquiries professionally. Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and databases. Assist with project coordination and track deadlines. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence. Process data entry and maintain accurate records. Coordinate travel arrangements when required. Support clients and team members with administrative needs. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred). Previous experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or coordinator is preferred. Strong organizational and time\-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Experience with virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Trello is a plus. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently. Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.
