Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk professional to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage daily front office operations, ensuring smooth communication and efficient administrative support. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi\-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle data entry tasks with precision, maintaining organized spreadsheets and filing systems using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity software Coordinate calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff or medical/dental reception needs Perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents, preparing Word processing materials, and managing correspondence Maintain office supplies inventory, organize files, and support general office management activities to enhance productivity Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software as needed Experience Prior office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills and computer literacy Proven ability to handle multi\-line phone systems efficiently while delivering excellent customer service Experience with data entry, filing, proofreading, and managing spreadsheets in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace environments Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to facilitate effective communication with diverse clients and team members Familiarity with front desk operations in medical or dental settings is a plus, including calendar management and client communication Demonstrated proficiency in office management tasks such as phone communication, client support, and clerical responsibilities Personal assistant or receptionist experience that highlights strong organizational skills, time management, and professionalism Join us to be the friendly face that keeps our office running smoothly!
