This role is primarily responsible for managing customer service emails, processing and fulfilling customer orders, assisting with inventory organization, and helping keep our office running smoothly. The ideal candidate enjoys staying organized, pays close attention to detail, communicates professionally, and is comfortable balancing administrative work with hands\-on order fulfillment. This is a part\-time position with the opportunity to transition into a full\-time role as the company continues to grow. Responsibilities Respond to customer service emails professionally and promptly Assist customers with questions regarding products, orders, shipping, and general inquiries count, pack, and ship customer orders accurately Perform quality checks before orders are shipped Print shipping labels and prepare packages for daily carrier pickup Monitor and organize inventory Restock products and packaging supplies as needed Maintain an organized office and fulfillment workspace Assist with general office administration Help coordinate production priorities with the manufacturing team Perform data entry and maintain accurate order records Assist ownership with administrative projects and day\-to\-day business operations Help improve internal systems and workflows as the business grows Qualifications Previous customer service or office experience preferred Strong written communication skills Excellent attention to detail Highly organized and dependable Comfortable working independently Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment Basic computer skills Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) preferred Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is a plus: E commerce platforms (Shopify/Squarespace) Inventory management Order fulfillment Customer support Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, and walk throughout the workday Comfortable working around 3D printers and production equipment Ability to perform repetitive packing and fulfillment tasks We’re Looking for Someone Who Is Organized Reliable Detail\-oriented Friendly and professional Self\-motivated Adaptable A strong communicator A team player Interested in growing with a small business Schedule Part\-time Tuesday through Saturday 3–5 hour shifts per day (approximately 15–25 hours per week) Day or night shift Additional hours may be available during festival season Opportunity to transition into a full\-time position based on performance and company growth Job Type: Part\-time Pay: From $17\.50 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Boonsboro, MD 21713 (Required) Work Location: In person
