We serve children, adolescents, adults, and older adults through telehealth and office visits. Our practice integrates medication management, psychotherapy, trauma\-informed care, behavioral interventions, and collaborative treatment planning. Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and clinically strong Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP\-BC) to join our practice as an independent contractor (1099\). This position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to build a patient panel while receiving administrative support, scheduling assistance, and established referral sources. Providers may choose telehealth, office\-based care, or a combination of both. Compensation a 70/30 split where the candidate will take home 70% of the insurance payements. Alternative hourly percentage\-based compensation models available Flexible scheduling No call requirement Opportunity to expand patient panel based on availability Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments Psychotherapy integration with medication management Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing psychopharmacology and evidence\-based interventions Provide medication management services across a broad range of psychiatric conditions Deliver psychotherapy interventions including supportive therapy, CBT\-informed, psychodynamic, mindfulness\-based, and trauma\-informed approaches Perform risk assessments and safety planning when clinically indicated Evaluate and manage conditions including: ADHD Anxiety disorders Depression Bipolar disorders OCD PTSD and trauma\-related disorders Insomnia Autism spectrum disorders Psychotic disorders Dementia and neurocognitive disorders Collaborate with therapists, primary care providers, specialists, caregivers, schools, and family members as appropriate Complete clinical documentation utilizing Tebra EHR Participate in telepsychiatry services for patients throughout Washington State Provide consultation and education to patients and families regarding treatment options and medication management Preferred Clinical Experience Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable: ADHD evaluation and treatment Trauma and PTSD Child and adolescent psychiatry Geriatric psychiatry Memory disorders and dementia care Neurodivergent populations Mood disorders Anxiety disorders QualificationsRequired Current Washington State ARNP license PMHNP\-BC certification DEA registration Ability to practice independently and manage a caseload autonomously Strong clinical interviewing and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities Preferred Additional state licenses Prior outpatient psychiatry experience Telehealth experience Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults Familiarity with CPT coding and psychiatric documentation standards Experience with Tebra, RXNT, Athena, or other EHR systems What We Offer Flexible work schedule Hybrid or fully remote opportunities Established referral network Administrative and scheduling support Virtual assistant support Tebra EHR provided Collaborative practice environment Opportunity to develop specialty interests * Opportunity to participate in innovative services including neuropsychiatry, neurofeedback, trauma treatment, and integrative psychiatric care Ideal Candidate The ideal clinician is compassionate, patient\-centered, collaborative, and comfortable treating a diverse psychiatric population.
