Position Overview We are seeking a highly dedicated, enthusiastic, and dependable Office Assistant who is passionate about helping others and contributing to a positive, supportive environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast\-paced setting, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, and can effectively manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Bilingual Spanish/English candidates are strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Manage a high\-volume, multi\-line phone system with professionalism and efficiency Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, meetings, and office events Greet and assist patients, visitors, and guests in a friendly and welcoming manner Answer inbound calls and direct inquiries appropriately Verify insurance benefits and eligibility information Maintain accurate and organized patient and office filing systems Assist with patient care coordination and administrative support Handle data entry, documentation, and record maintenance with a high degree of accuracy Support daily office operations and complete additional administrative tasks as assigned Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional patient and customer service Aid in cleaning/sorting and assisting in keeping a clean environment. Qualifications Must be extremely detail\-oriented AND have good "COMPUTER SKILLS" Previous experience in office administration, medical office administration, or a related field preferred Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously Strong organizational and time\-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional, positive, and team\-oriented attitude Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately Strong computer and office software skills Experience with insurance verification is a plus Bilingual Spanish/English preferred What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Enjoys helping people and creating positive experiences for patients and visitors Excels in a fast\-paced, multitasking environment Takes initiative and works independently when needed Demonstrates reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic Has outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy If you are organized, compassionate, and enjoy supporting patients and staff while helping keep the office running smoothly, we encourage you to apply. \\\ALL NEW HIRES START AT $15 AN HOUR.
