Responsibilities Greet customers warmly at the front desk and direct them appropriately, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere Manage multi\-line phone systems efficiently, answering inquiries promptly and routing calls accurately Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering solutions with a positive attitude Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry, and update records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software Assist with appointment scheduling, calendar management, and basic office management duties to keep daily operations running smoothly Support clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies Handle billing, invoicing, bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting tools as needed Requirements Proven experience in customer service roles with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry skills Previous office or administrative experience with familiarity in clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and calendar management Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively Knowledge of multi\-line phone systems, front desk operations, and office management best practices Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced environment Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is a plus but not required Ability to demonstrate strong time management skills while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks Join us in delivering outstanding customer service while honing your administrative expertise!
