Job Summary Join our dynamic anime gaming company as an Office Assistant, where your energy and organizational skills will keep our office running smoothly and efficiently. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and team members, manage administrative tasks with enthusiasm, and support daily office operations. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help foster a vibrant, productive environment that fuels our creative and gaming passions. Duties Greet visitors and direct them appropriately, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests and team members Manage multi\-line phone systems with professionalism, providing excellent customer service and accurate message taking Handle front desk responsibilities, including receiving packages, scheduling appointments, and maintaining visitor logs Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software to keep records organized and up\-to\-date Assist with bookkeeping using QuickBooks to track expenses, invoices, and petty cash transactions Support office management activities such as filing, photocopying, proofreading documents, and maintaining supplies Coordinate calendar management for team members and personal assistant duties as needed to optimize time management Requirements Proven office experience with strong clerical and administrative skills in a fast\-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively Strong computer literacy including data entry, typing speed, and familiarity with multi\-line phone systems Bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse team interactions and customer support needs Exceptional phone etiquette, professionalism, and customer service skills to create positive interactions at all times Previous experience in office management or personal assistant roles is advantageous Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining accuracy in record keeping Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating engaging anime gaming experiences!
