The Receptionist supports the daily operations of the business center by assisting with tenant relations, administrative duties, facilities upkeep, and customer service. This role helps maintain a professional, well\-kept, and service\-oriented environment for tenants and visitors. The ideal candidate is detail\-oriented, an excellent communicator, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
General Office Support
· Serve as first point of contact for all visitors
· Provide general administrative support
· Manage conference room calendar
·Tenant Relations
· Respond to tenant requests
Security \& Building Access
· Monitor security camera status and notify management of issues
Kitchen \& Mailroom
· Replenish kitchen supplies and monitor cleanliness
· Distribute mail and notify tenants of packages
· Support mail services including scanning, forwarding, and packaging
· Assist with all virtual tenant mail operations
Skills:
Time management skills needed to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
Exellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail is essential.
Strong people\-skills are a must.
