We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Temporary Personal Assistant to support a high\-net\-worth influencer with a wide range of administrative, personal, and project\-related tasks. Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars scheduling appointments, meetings, and events with precision.
- Handle all aspects of office management, including filing, data entry, organizing documents, and maintaining organized records.
- Assist with event planning logistics for personal and professional engagements, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
- Provide executive administrative support such as proofreading content, transcribing audio or video recordings, and preparing correspondence.
- Coordinate project activities by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Manage communication via multi\-line phone systems with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette; screen calls and respond on behalf of the influencer when appropriate.
- Conduct light clerical duties such as filing, faxing, copying, and organizing digital files to support daily operations.
- Support personal errands or special projects as needed to ensure the influencer’s personal schedule runs smoothly.
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in an executive administrative support role within a fast\-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively across various projects simultaneously.
- Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, and office management software like QuickBooks.
- Exceptional typing speed combined with transcription and proofreading skills for accurate document preparation.
- Experience with event planning from conceptualization through execution; detail\-oriented with excellent follow\-through.
- Knowledge of office management procedures including filing systems, data entry, and front desk operations.
- Outstanding communication skills with professional phone etiquette across multi\-line phone systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Familiarity with DocuSign for electronic signatures and managing digital document workflows is preferred.
