Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, creating a positive first impression
  • Manage multi\-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow\-ups using calendar management tools
  • Maintain organized files, data entry records, and office documentation
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence with attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • Support office management tasks such as filing, inventory tracking, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone etiquette and prompt assistance
  • Assist with administrative tasks including typing reports, managing Google Workspace documents, and supporting personal assistant duties as needed

  • Proven experience in front desk operations and office management roles
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced environment
  • Experience with multi\-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette
  • Clerical experience including data entry, proofreading, filing, and calendar management
  • Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Customer service expertise with a friendly, professional demeanor
