About You
You are a compassionate and organized Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR)/Veterinary Receptionist with strong customer service, front desk, and client communication skills who thrives in a fast\-paced veterinary clinic or animal hospital. You’re comfortable managing appointment scheduling, multi\-line phones, check in/check out, payment processing, and practice management software while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Greet clients and patients in a warm, professional manner
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage multiple lines efficiently
- Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate client records
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding services, estimates, and follow\-ups
- Coordinate appointments for veterinary services, boarding, grooming, and daycare
- Support the medical team with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas
- Assist in checking pets in and out for appointments, boarding, and grooming
- Provide excellent client education and service at every interaction
- Previous customer service experience required (veterinary experience preferred)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment with attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team\-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working around dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments
- Basic computer skills; experience with veterinary software is a plus
