We are seeking a proactive and organized Part Time Remote Assistant to join our dynamic team! This role offers the flexibility of working from home while providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be detail\-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. You will handle a variety of clerical tasks, manage schedule of the CEO, and assist other CEO and operational tasks, all while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Duties
- Manage appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate events using Google Workspace
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, providing exceptional customer support
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with managing correspondence
- Conduct administrative tasks like typing reports, proofreading documents, and managing email correspondence efficiently
- Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency Google Workspace applications
- Excellent computer literacy and familiarity with multi\-line phone systems and phone etiquette
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy; experience in data entry and proofreading preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment
- Prior experience as a personal assistant or in customer service roles is a plus
