Responsibilities

  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly office procedures. Handle inquiries and send to proper agent to handle.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling, calendar management, and property showings for agents and clients using various digital tools.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and compliance in all transactions.
  • Support transaction processes by preparing contracts, tracking deadlines, and maintaining organized records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and real estate\-specific software.
  • Field all calls with professionalism, practicing excellent phone etiquette to support customer service excellence.
  • Maintain client databases, update property listings, and manage correspondence via email and phone support.
  • Social Media Management
  • Provide administrative support including proofreading documents, managing office supplies, and supporting clerical tasks such as typing reports and filing documents.
  • Support team members with transaction systems.
  • Experience

  • Prior office management or administrative experience is required; real estate or property management background is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry skills. .
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor; experience in customer support or reception roles such as dental or medical receptionist is beneficial.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client needs effectively.
