About the role As Vice President of Population Health, you will lead and scale Covera'€™s Protect Seniors program, a core pillar of the company'€™s AI-driven quality platform. This role sits at the intersection of Customer Success and Operations - owning the performance and growth of a proven population health model while serving as the primary relationship owner for our health plan and PCP partners.
