Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join our team! Duties

  • Oversee daily office operations, including managing front desk activities and
  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and other accounting software, including data entry, invoicing, and expense tracking
  • Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for staff or clients as needed
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing office supplies to ensure efficiency
  • Support administrative functions like typing correspondence, managing email communications, and supporting personal assistant duties
  • Provide excellent customer support through phone etiquette, addressing inquiries promptly and courteously
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail with proofreading and data entry skills
  • Experience working in medical or dental reception is advantageous but not required
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with effective time management skills
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant will be considered an asset

    Pay: $25\.99 \- $35\.00 per hour
