Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join our team! Duties
- Oversee daily office operations, including managing front desk activities and
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and other accounting software, including data entry, invoicing, and expense tracking
- Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for staff or clients as needed
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing office supplies to ensure efficiency
- Support administrative functions like typing correspondence, managing email communications, and supporting personal assistant duties
- Provide excellent customer support through phone etiquette, addressing inquiries promptly and courteously
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong attention to detail with proofreading and data entry skills
- Experience working in medical or dental reception is advantageous but not required
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with effective time management skills
- Previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant will be considered an asset
