Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks and processing Fingerprints. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous manner at the front desk.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Perform general office duties including filing, typing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Utilize Microsoft Office for document creation, email correspondence, and calendar management.
- Provide customer support by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including Finger print processing .
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
- Proven roles; experience is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience as a personal assistant is advantageous but not required.
