We are expanding and looking for an ambitious, quality\-focused Associate Dentist to join our growing team two days per week, with strong potential for additional days as we continue to grow.

Who We Are Seeking
An ambitious associate who wants to grow within a thriving pediatric\-focused practice
A quality\-conscious, team\-oriented DDS or DMD
A dentist passionate about working with infants, children, and teens
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a pediatric setting
Job Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive exams and diagnose dental conditions
- Provide pediatric and general dentistry services, including restorative treatment and extractions
- Develop and present personalized treatment plans
- Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment
- Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and front office team members
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
- Active dental license in good standing
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Active DEA and NPI number
- Comfortable providing pediatric and general dental care
- Strong communication skills with children and parents
- Team\-oriented mindset and commitment to excellent patient experiences
