Duties
- Collect and enter accurate customer data into databases using Microsoft Office tools and other CRM systems
- Support outbound follow\-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback
- Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and communication skills during interactions, ensuring a positive experience for every client
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, escalate complex issues appropriately, and improve overall support processes
- Analyze customer interactions to identify trends, suggest improvements, and enhance service quality
- Proven experience in customer support or call center environments, preferably with live chat or online support platforms
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued; fluency in English plus additional languages is a strong asset
- Demonstrated sales skills or experience in client services that showcase your ability to upsell or promote products effectively
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry accuracy
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle outbound calling and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
- Familiarity with call center operations, phone etiquette standards, and analysis skills for evaluating customer interactions
- Previous experience with cash handling, typing accuracy, and using various digital tools enhances your suitability for this role
