- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and families in a warm, professional manner
- Answer multi‑line phones, route calls, and manage voicemail messages
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate calendars
- Check patients in and out, verify insurance information, and update records
- Manage front office tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and mail handling
- Maintain a clean, organized, and patient‑friendly reception area
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Provide general support to the medical team as needed
