This part\-time position offers a competitive compensation of $10\-$15 per hour.

DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Prior phone experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

1\-2 years of previous office experience is preferred, but we will train the right individual as needed!

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A PART\-TIME HVAC OFFICE ASSISTANT?

Your responsibilities will start with scheduling HVAC appointments and ensuring seamless coordination. Throughout the day, you'll engage with customers over the phone, delivering top\-notch service and addressing their inquiries. Collaborating closely with the Office Manager, your role will extend to various administrative tasks, contributing significantly to the smooth operation of our HVAC office.
