Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the attorney.
  • Manage legal case files, ensuring all documents are organized, accurate, and easily accessible.
  • Conduct thorough document review, proofreading, transcription, and drafting of legal documents.
  • Maintain client records and facilitate communication through professional phone etiquette while managing incoming inquiries efficiently.
  • Coordinate project management tasks related to ongoing cases or firm initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and workflows are streamlined.
  • Perform data entry and filing duties accurately within various legal administrative systems while ensuring confidentiality at all times.
  • Requirements

  • Law firm experience is desired, but not required.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast\-paced environment.
  • Exceptional writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence with clarity and professionalism.
  • Skilled in document review, proofreading, and transcription services.
  • Ability to perform detailed data entry while maintaining high accuracy standards.
  • Strong clerical skills including filing, record keeping, and managing electronic files securely.
  • Effective communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette to interact confidently with clients and team members alike.
